SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rimavia. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable doorstep delivery across all regions of Lebanon via our local courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery (All Lebanon Regions): 2–4 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to local transit conditions or high-demand seasons.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) TERMS

For your convenience, we support Cash on Delivery (COD) across Lebanon.

  • Payment: You agree to pay the total invoice amount in physical currency (Fresh US Dollars, or Lebanese Pounds calculated at the parallel market exchange rate on the day of delivery, or a combination of both) to the courier driver upon doorstep arrival.
  • Inspection Rule: For security and hygiene reasons, packages cannot be opened or unsealed before handing the full cash payment to the delivery driver.

4. SHIPPING JURISDICTION & REGIONS

At this time, Rimavia exclusively operates and ships domestically within the territory of Lebanon. We do not offer international shipping or cross-border delivery at this stage. Any orders requested for delivery outside of Lebanon will unfortunately be cancelled.

5. WRONG ADDRESS & DELIVERY FAILURES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

  • Our courier partner will attempt to contact you up to three times to coordinate your delivery. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, an unreached phone number, or customer refusal to accept the delivery, the order will be returned to our facility, and future ordering privileges may be restricted.
