1. HYGIENE & SAFETY POLICY (NO RETURNS)
Due to strict international health, hygiene, and safety regulations, wearable breast pumps and related breastfeeding accessories are considered intimate personal care products.

All sales are final. We strictly cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any product where the original packaging, hygienic seal, or plastic wrapping has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.

We cannot accept returns based on personal preference, comfort level, pumping style, or changing your mind after purchase.
2. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & DAMAGES
We hold our products to the highest quality standards. If your product arrives damaged or possesses a technical manufacturing defect out of the box, we will gladly resolve it.

Reporting Window: You must inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at rimaviaofficial@hotmail.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the package to report any damage, technical manufacturing defects, or incorrect items.

Required Proof: To process a defect claim, you must provide your order details along with clear photo and/or video evidence showing the defect or damage.

Resolution: If your claim is approved after review, we will arrange for a replacement item or the necessary replacement part to be delivered to you at no additional shipping cost.
3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) REFUNDS
For approved defect claims on orders originally paid via Cash on Delivery (COD):

If a complete product replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed via a digital transfer method or cash courier arrangement as agreed upon with our support team.

Please note that original shipping and delivery fees are paid to our courier partners and are non-refundable.
